Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, birth date, or other term entered into a search tool is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. That provider processes the query and supplies its results. Drew County Warrant Records does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When a visitor emails us, the message may be retained so our team can respond. We keep that correspondence within the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Normal server and site operations may collect technical details when a page is opened:
- Page-view dates and times
- Visited pages and time spent on them
- Device type and operating system
- Browser name and version
- Internet Protocol address
- Referring website, when available
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. We and our analytics services may use them to measure traffic, learn which pages are useful, and see where visits end. A browser can block cookies, although doing so may change how parts of the site work.
What We Do With This Data
Collected information supports the site's operation and improvement.
- Diagnosing errors and other technical problems
- Maintaining reliable, fast page delivery
- Measuring which guides visitors use
- Routing a query to the selected search partner
- Displaying advertising that may reflect a visitor's interests
No Warrant Data on File
Drew County Warrant Records does not host, sell, maintain, or compile a database of warrants or personal warrant records. Its pages explain public routes such as Search ARCourts, the Drew County Circuit Clerk, the 28th State District Court, and the Drew County Sheriff's Office. Visitor information is not assembled into a report about another person. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes that appear on some pages. Information submitted there falls under the provider's privacy policy rather than this one. The provider decides how it retains, processes, and shares that data. Read its terms and privacy notice before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Arkansas court portals, Drew County government or sheriff pages, legal resources, and commercial search services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy policy controls. Review that policy before supplying personal information.
Advertising providers may also use their own technology to follow activity across websites and tailor ads. Those systems are operated by the provider, not Drew County Warrant Records.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be available to:
- Analytics providers that measure site use and performance
- Search partners processing a query a visitor submits
- Advertising networks that deliver ads
- Government or law-enforcement bodies responding to a valid legal order
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, commonly used safeguards are applied to information handled by this site. No internet service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, however. We work to protect data but cannot promise that unauthorized access or a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
This website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If we learn that a minor supplied such information, we will remove it promptly.
Your Data Rights
Rights can vary based on where a visitor lives. A visitor may ask to see personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, or object to certain processing where applicable. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Ark. Code Ann. ยง25-19-101 et seq., governs access to qualifying public records held by Arkansas government custodians. It does not turn this private website's visitor data into a Drew County public record.
- Request a copy of personal information we retain
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Request deletion where the law permits
- Opt out of eligible forms of data processing
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised as site practices or legal requirements change. A new effective date will appear here when an updated version is posted. Visitors should review this page periodically for the current terms.
